At the outset I’m writing to thank you very much for the support and continued cooperation in organising and facilitating, the Hazardous Area Responses Teams training, since 2011. Your participation and underpinning knowledge, cascaded to all participants has proved to be extremely valuable in HART maintaining core competencies in the following areas, safe working at height, Swift water technician training, DEFRA (2-5) the department for environment food and rural affairs, and continuous professional development within these core standards.

Our participants have really enjoyed and found your training, to exceptional standard, contents have been overflowing and the facilities were fully equipped and thorough on the subject and gave a lot of insights to the participants and has also gave them excellent reference material for their use, both theoretically and practicably.

The management of different professional and multi-agency service cultures has been outstanding you’ve also demonstrated the key principles, roles and responsibilities of your counter parties, whilst delivering HART specific training. I’ve witnessed firsthand, effective working relationships, including an ability to work in multi-disciplinary groups and teams, whilst learning from both local and national case reviews, which you then cascade amongst your peers.

Paul and the team at Rescue North East have worked with us to develop a bespoke work at height awareness course which receives great feedback from our engineers. We are sure that our engineers are suitably and effectively equipped with the knowledge and techniques required for carrying out work at height in the different environments in which we work.

RNE have also provided rescue training, which was a highly informative and practical session, equipping our team with the skills required if an accident were to happen. The RNE team are extremely knowledgeable and carry out the training in a relaxed and approachable manner, allowing participants to ask questions, check their knowledge and leave feeling educated and confident in their new skills.
